Namaste everyone. Today’s episode is about mindset and health. How a healthy mindset is important to achieve holistic health.
Our mindset reflects our lifestyle and also influences a lot of things like how, when and what we eat. We need to be absolutely mindful of not just the food that we consume but also the thoughts and emotions which stay inside our minds and bodies.This means that the way we think, feel, believe, and behave can have an impact on how well our bodies work.
Having the correct mindset is very important for holistic health and overall wellness. And sometimes we have to make conscious choices to develop an overall positive mindset by:
1. Changing our self talk
2. Observing our conversations with others
3. Cutting off with people who induce bad behaviours & toxicity in life
4. Honouring our emotions(process them rather than ignoring them)
5. Practice self love and self care
We need to break certain patterns that are hardwired inside of us and get ahead of ourselves to develop healthy habits consciously.
We should concentrate on developing a healthy mindset rather than focusing on a positive mindset. Because we can have a healthy mindset even when we feel negative at times.
