  • Episode #49: Storytelling
Storytelling is a subject that most people feel is hard to talk about or hard to explain. I do not feel that way. I think it is simple. I have talked about it time and time again in short form. Those are the basics and if you know how to be creative while filling these boxes you are going to be successful.

  • Episode #47: Creating a Production Reel
Several months ago I was looking for someone to help me on a project and I was needing someone who could shoot and edit. I put out on add on the facebook page "Outdoor Filming Professionals" and I got several guys that wanted to be considered. The problem was none of them had a Production Reel showing me they knew how to do anything. Just because you have a camera and know how to roll video on it doesn't mean someone is going to hire you. You are going to need a way to showcase your work. There are several key elements to creating a good reel so here are my thoughts on it.

I think Drew is putting out some of the better content in the outdoor space right now and he is someone I look to when I need some inspiration or creativity. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did.
