The boys have left the group chat and it's time to talk about the girliest topic of all time: raging hormones, PMS, and the cycle our bodies go through every 28ish days. YAY! (kinda).

It doesn't come naturally to talk about these things because there has been a stigma for a long time and I always feel like I have to pretend that my cycle isn't affecting me when it reality I've gone through a lot with my own cycles, like losing them for a length of time or having extreme symptoms that impact my daily life.

So in this episode, we're talking about it. So much education is still needed and it needs to start with women understanding more about this part of our human experience.
