Week 2 of Waivers, Starts/Sits and Trades. Join Shane Barrett for his weekly show covering waivers, starts/sits and trades! The moves you need to win your league! This week Shane is joined by Leo G, Writer for Fighting Chance Fantasy. Leo joins the list of rotating cohosts on Redzone Redemption, so get used to him.

Each segment of waivers, starts/sits and trades is broken down in the episode, so you can jump around as needed. 

Waivers: Beginning

For Waivers, we discuss each player based on a Free Agent Auction Bidding budget. If you do not use that you can consider the first players your high-priority waiver targets. Spend wisely, but do not be afraid to spend your FAAB budget on players.

Fantasy Football Season Preview: Mailbag Edition

Shane goes solo for this fantasy football season preview! He answers a variety of questions from different followers on Twitter as well as ones he thought were pressing for the beginning of this year. The questions varied from playoff teams in the NFL to who is the breakout wide receiver from the range we have gotten Cooper Kupp, Deebo Samuel, and Stefon Diggs over the last two years. He gives you two options, both with viable paths to success.

Everybody in dynasty fantasy football loves rookies, so rookies are included in Shane's fantasy football season preview. Who will be the offensive rookie of the year? Breece Hall is a possibility discussed by Shane, but are there others? Which rookie quarterback starts first? Is it Kenny Pickett? Is it Desmond Ridder? Is it Malik Willis? Shane also ventures into the land of Daily Fantasy Sports(DFS) by giving you two guys he thinks are great values. One is dependent on his health, but has a great matchup. The other has a good path to volume, but has a tough matchup on defense. However, if you build your team right this guy will fit in nicely. Finally Shane discusses his FAVORITE tight end candidate that is currently being drafted outside of the top 12 that he thinks can finish in the top 12. AFC West Fantasy Football Division Preview: The Final Preview with Nate and Jen Polvogt is the final installment of this annual series. We preview the best division in the NFL. This division was an arms race for much of the off-season. When one team made a move, the next team made a counter move. And it all started with the Denver Broncos trading for Russell Wilson. This move sparked an eventful offseason just in the AFC West, but across the league as well. The Raiders traded for Rock Ya-Sin and Davante Adams. The Chargers traded for Khalil Mack. The Chiefs traded away Tyreek Hill, but signed Juju Smith-Schuster and Marquez Valdez-Scantling and drafted Skyy Moore. These were just some of the significant moves that were made and discussed in this AFC West Fantasy Football Division Preview.

Nate and Jen are the rare power couple of Fantasy Football! Nate is a writer and contributor for IBT Media, Fantasy Pros and Trophy Smack among others and Jen is a contributor for IBT as well as an editor for Fantasy Pros. They do all of this while also cheering on the Denver Broncos which made them experts for an AFC West Fantasy Football Division Preview. We start the episode off with the Fantasy Tip that can save your seeason. Then as per usual for the division preview series, we discuss which players are buys, sells and holds based on their average draft position(ADP). We also pick out our sleepers for this division and discuss who will lead the Raiders and Chiefs in targets.

We discuss the potential playoff outcomes for the division and who could possibly finish last. Ultimately it will come down to the defenses' abilities to stop the other teams' offense AND certain offenses being able to keep up with the others. Welcome to the next episode of Redzone Redemption! This week we did a NFC West Fantasy Football Division Preview! Jorge has a background in journalism and at one point was the Publicity Director for the Los Angeles Dodgers. NFC North Preview with Marvin Elequin

Welcome to the first official episode of Redzone Redemption, A Fantasy Football Podcast. Formerly known as the Fantasy Nightcap, I am your Host Shane Barrett. I have given up alcohol and am on a journey to continue sobriety and so I needed to change the theme of my podcast and that is what this is. I am focusing on redemption for two reasons. One is at any point I believe you can redeem your fantasy football season by continuing to make moves and never giving up. Two is my Redeemer, Jesus Christ. I want to be able to give people a platform to talk about that in their daily lives and in the fantasy space IF they want to. If not this will be the same old fantasy football podcast, just less focused on the alcohol theme.
