Wine Recommendation: Recently I had 2020 Mirassou Pinot Noir from California that was sooo good. It is super gentle on the pallet for those who are a little newer to red wine and has notes of red & black cherry, lush layers of fresh raspberry, strawberry jam, and pomegranate are balanced with hints of oak and vanilla. Truly one of my current favorite reds 🍷

Felt like this was the perfect episode to come back with after another major hiatus. I almost cried a few times on this episode because so many of these tips are so personal to me. Getting really real about the challenges I had in my 20’s and what I’m so ready (& not…) for in my 30’s.

A bold red with key notes of sweet, blackberry, blueberry and bark. Taste bold AF, strong, and tastes even better the older it gets...like the woman who recorded this podcast 😉

So she started a podcast and then went silent for like 2 months 🥴 We getting into the real life stuff... finally! Listen to me as I ramble in this episode about some of those negative thoughts we all have when going through life. Sometimes you catch yourself getting a little dark and forgetting how much light you really bring to the world. A reminder that it is okay to feel it, just don't stay there! ✨
