She has born in an orthodox Brahmin family in Uttar Pradesh. Both her parents were well-educated and her mother was an educationist who firmly believed in literacy and the education of girls. English medium school education was not very common in those days but her mother ensured her education in Convent. Her schooling gave her the best value system and groomed her and prepared her to face the big world with grace and dignity. She completed her master’s in Social work with a specialization in Labour Welfare and Human relations and through a competitive exam qualified for appointment as a Personnel officer in one of the leading nationalized banks. She followed in her father’s footsteps who was also from the same field. With the support and encouragement from her parents and her spouse, she did my LLB after her son turned a year old. Her professional life exposed her to another aspect of life. We all have heard of financial fraud Labour issues, etc. The bank widely exposed her to these, and she realized that our country has the best of brains but unfortunately those are not utilized constructively but rather get channelized towards destruction. She also saw and felt that the law is more misused in our country and hence there is a miscarriage of justice. She voluntarily took retirement due to certain pressing circumstances but always had the support of her family friends superiors and peer group. Today she still very positively looks ahead to a fresh start in her other professional inning.
