She works for women’s empowerment by helping poor and needy girls in getting education other than basic academics such as Abacus, Vedic Math's, Self-defense training, Dance, etc., for free of cost. Also helping girl child by providing them with an equal opportunity platform where they can showcase their skills and talent.She does counsel for needy women & children who are facing challenges with depression, trauma, or physical or mental abuse and work toward the betterment of their life and future.

She has over 20 years of working experience with PWD in India & Internationally (Bhutan) in various capacities in different projects. Currently, she is working as Director at Vidya Sagar from 2018 onwards. She worked as Consultant Special Educator and Trans disciplinarian from 2010 to 2018. She Set up Twin Enterprises for people with multiple disabilities in the year 2010. A sustained viable project with 9 people working in the firm. She also helped to set up a similar unit for AMOGH, a Bangalore-based NGO. She has guided and shared expertise with startup entrepreneurship projects for Teachers, parents, and PWD from Indonesia, Philippines, Jharkhand, Kerala, etc. She Presented a paper on the Self-Employment and Entrepreneurship model at the “National Summit for Parents” in NIEPMD. She is a Guest Lecturer for voice & vision master teachers on the topic “Transition" at SPASTN. She is working as a Consultant with Perkins International as a transitional planner for Young Adults with multiple disabilities and is also associated with multiple organizations and guiding them.

He was the Head of the SAAARC Disaster Management Centre–New Delhi from 2007 to 2008; Deputy Project Director of the Disaster Management Support Programme at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO); Scientist/Engineer at ISRO HQ Bangalore since 1991. He is the recipient of ISRO’s Team excellence award in 2008-09 for his contributions towards harnessing space technology applications. He has been a lead author of ESCAP’s flagship publication–Asia-Pacific Disaster Report since its inception in 2010 and WMO’s State of Climate publications (2021) for Asia and Southwest Pacific.

He is a highly qualified professional with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and an MBA in HR. With 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, He has honed his skills in customer service, organizational management, and problem-solving.
