I am starting a new series for the rest of the month, Under the Radar. Each week a guest will join the show to discuss a show that I think more people should be watching. This week we start with FX on Hulu's 'The Bear.' I understand this show has become a critical darling but I don't think enough of the podcast listeners have tuned in yet.
