The Murder Game

A group of teenagers invent a game in which one of them is secretly chosen to be a "killer," while the others remain innocent victims. Armed with prop weapons, the "killer" must eliminate the other players before being found out. To enhance their experience, the teens sneak into a large self-storage warehouse during its closed, late-night hours to hold their game. At first, it's better than ever. But, things take a horrific turn as one by one, the players begin dying...for real.

This week we went to see Hell Fest. In case you don't know Hell Fest is about Halloween night, three young women and their respective boyfriends head to Hell Fest -- a ghoulish traveling carnival that features a labyrinth of rides, games and mazes. They soon face a bloody night of terror when a masked serial killer turns the horror theme park into his own personal playground.

This week we get drunk and talk about The Sleeper 2012. This is an 80s style throwback horror paying homage to the Slasher films of that era. It's about a group of girls who live in the Alpha Theta Gamma sorority house. It's 1981, the girls are throwing a pledge party to recruit some new girls. But there's an unknown stranger lurking in the shadows watching their every move. The girls start getting threatening calls and the voice on the other end of the phone scares them. Who is this person and what does he have planned for them?

Here with our inaugural episode of Scary Drunk! A podcast where Nik & Scottie get drunk & discuss independent horror movie that they find all over the internet. In this episode they talk about Scream Park 2012. The Fright Land amusement park is on the verge of closing its doors forever. But the park's owner, Hyde (Hellraiser's Doug Bradley), has one last plan to sell more tickets... murder.
