Reel Kings Podcast

What are your thoughts on Bel-Air? Is it too much like Fresh Prince or not enough? How are John Cena and coffee cake similar? What about Baby Oil Bobby and Kanye West? Batwoman and Batgirl?? They’re the same right?

That’s the running thread in this whole episode  Things that never should have happened. From the hijacking at the beginning to the whole Boba Fett series. We even discuss which celebrity downfall we wish never happened (thanks to Kendyll for the dope question). Also, the song at the end should have never happened either.

Baby Oil Bobby is back... The planets have aligned and the Melanated Men are in full throttle!! We crashed into our review of the upcoming Netflix projects and unfortunately Ozark Szn 4 pt 1 caught some critical shrapnel. We also (unfortunately) get the peculiar, yet more detailed than we needed, story of what happened to Baby Oil Bobby or Rob... or whoever he is...

We couldn’t help ourselves! We’re back in the blackest month of them all! We get caught up on Peacemaker (Laf says it's the best superhero show so far), and Book of Boba Fett. Why does he sleep so much? Where is Rob? Why is Boba Fett being mentioned with President Barak Obama??  Happy Black History Month!!

We're in orbit for a couple of weeks but don't worry we've left you a message!!

We’re Baby Oil Bobby-less to close out 2021. But we still have the 2021 BCU Awards!!! Only here can you get a movie to win the "Michael Jai White" award for the best fight scene and also be nominated for Most Overrated by Kaptain Cynicism. Commissioner Gordon gives us his pick for Most Underrated of the year. Who gets this year’s Tony Mack for chasing them checks and why is J yelling about TNT?

It's our final show of 2021!! We’re going out with a BANG! With Kernathan in the phantom zone, we've jumped into the multiverse! SPOILER ALERT!!!! We’re reviewing Spiderman No Way Home and Hawkeye episode 5. We even share some of our least favorite MCU CASTING decisions (although J can’t follow directions and leave Robert Battinson alone) We'll see you all in a few weeks. Meanwhile check out our social media for al the latest updates. Wel love yall see yall in a few weeks!

Rob is back from a successful surgery! We finally have the planets in alignment and we’ve been waiting to review True Story. We also talk Hawkeye and give a hint at our expectations for Spiderman: No Way Home

You heard it here first folks!!! Disney+ will launch its mature audiences section and we have the unofficial name (thanks to the one known as JRoc in the streets)!! D.A.D. Disney+ After Dark! We give you our thoughts on Hawkeye so far and Laf gives us a review of The Last Duel because he’s the one person who watched it.

PS Get well soon Rob it’s HARDLY the same without you!
