In this episode of ReEnergize, Steve examines the power of authentic leadership with Human Resources Manager, Chris Loncar of Timberline Landscaping in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Loncar discloses what it was like transforming the Human Resources role from a nasty stigma to an employee advocate. Leaders should not only be heavily invested in the strategy but also the culture. A leader who can be themselves gives the opportunity to employees to be themselves. According to Loncar, “If you give people opportunities to thrive, they’ll astound you.”
