My process so far in building a solid foundation for my business that will benefit the people and all

Who are you? Do you know. In this episode I talk about relearning all the things you want to add to the lifetime collage that is who we are and want to be. Building a strong foundation so we don't crumble for anything.

Give us everything but what we asked for. we want reparations, protection for BIPOC &AAPI but they give us a holiday. Do we need reminding that you gave us some of our humanity back, now u want us to celebrate it. SET US FREE FUCKER. Only then will we rejoice

There's alot to say about the inadequacies of Men. Let's see if we can get them to see them and I dont know, change.

There's levels to everything, loving yourself is hard when you don't know what u need. This is a list on how to start. Add some things and take others out because this is customizable. What ever you need to learn this skill is what is best and since I want what's best for you, shine on!

Trauma is NOT hard to heal from. The amount of work it takes to heal however is a different story. Starting the healing journey is scary but once u start you'll realize it's not as hard as you think, so come on we gonna go healing. I said come on now.

Some things are hard to hear but in order for us to fix the issue we first have to identify it. Breaking down the mental barricades institutionalized racism built in our brains will be hard but not impossible. Come on now, let's get to work.
