In this episode of My Life On The Line, Ale, Jack & Benji welcomed Ben Crowe from Mojo Crowe. Ben worked with Nike for over 20 years and has been helping athletes achieving great results and being the best version of themselves. He has been coaching many Australian athletes, including the Women #1 Ranked tennis player Ash Barty, the Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov, and also coaches many CEOs across world, including some of the decision-makers at Facebook. However, Ben doesn't simply focus on helping his clients developing a performance mindset: he helps them unlocking unconditional love and self-worth, so they can accept they are and become better humans before better athletes or CEOs. Ben talked to us about how to use the power of self-acceptance and how referees can improve their performance and enjoy their games without extra pressure and unrealistic expectations.

In this episode Ale, Jack & Benji talk about their ‘first times’ in refereeing: their first games, first mess-ups, first promotions and the feeling and emotions that go along with it. The pressure of ‘first times’ applies to all referees, and how we deal with it when it happens is just as important as the experience itself.
