Lets be honest here.. We all have boarded the struggle bus at some point in life. Sometimes it even takes us awhile to hop off.
This week I didn't know what to talk about because I gave been on the struggle bus like it is my full time job.
Then I reminded myself that everyone is aloud to have an off day, or week, and goodness can still be shared through authentic off season.
Here is the deal, we can not make this messy place a comfy home here where we stay. Allow yourself to be there, and then bust through to keep moving forward.
Remind yourself that worries and anxieties of the world do not just go away, and there will always be something in each season of life. You will have to learn the skill of over coming to keep going.
If you can not control it, let it go! When you allow the worry to overcome you, and you have zero control over it, it then controls you.
Step back, give yourself time to feel the emotions, but do not act out of the emotions. Act out of the truth you know and believe.
Take the time to talk yourself off the crazy struggle bus. Get back into the stride of working for the life and the YOU, you are working for!
You can have it all! When you choose, set your sights, and put in the WORK!
No one just wakes up with their "dream" life. They have to work to create it.
If God puts the desire in your soul, then He has given you the ability to achieve it. To DO IT.

How to keep your priorities straight on the journey
1- Make a list of your "non-negotiables"
These are the things that you WILL NOT give in on for any sized goal. Example: Faith, Family, Self worth.
2- Now list out your "adjustable"
These are the things the are important, but can be moved around to fit into the season of life your in. Example: Night out, gym, vacations.
3- The "fillers"
These are the things that do play any importance in your life, and are there just because. Example: Netflix, Social Media.
Making this list helps you keep your priorities at the top, while knowing where you can give (sacrifice) to be moving forward.

I am here with my husband Jordan talking REAL life relationship! Intro to who we are and how we got here.
On todays Episode we will talk about the 5 pillars we believe can give you a solid foundation to build a relationship on that can withstand the test of time. WE believe that there is nothing that a relationship, built on solid foundation, can not overcome and come out stronger on the other side!
Now, there are a million and seven things that go into a strong and healthy relationship. BUT these are the few that come to mind when we look back over the course of our own relationship that has been test and tried, and growing stronger everyday!
If you are not yet dating or married this is perfect! This can give your an idea of what is important to you in a life partner. You can go into a relationship with confidence in what you are looking for.
If you are dating with the intentions to marry, this is a MUST have conversation before getting married. Being on the same fundamental foundation gives you so much to build on in your time together. Especially when you get past the surface talk.
If you are currently married, this is something we STILL keep as our foundation to always come back to when we need it. To stay grounded in what we see for our life and family. It is sort of like our compass, to keep us going in the right direction.
