Reflect back to how you use to react to negativity/drama. You’ve changed. It doesn’t bother you as much as it use to. You’ve levelled-up/matured = That’s GROWTH!

How much of your struggle are you willing to share? Do you offload to your friends/family, or do you hold back? What stops you from being transparent?
