Reflecting your light means don’t dim it or hide it, simply let it shine, let it be a guide for others who might need encouragement and words of empowerment. Growing up, I had a bad habit of dimming my light and hiding my light, I can safely say entirely hiding myself.

And that’s what I mean about empowerment. First, we have to embrace our uniqueness embrace who we are and then help others to love their life and to shine their light more often.

This episode also includes the fact that we often try to fit in or avoid standing out . And again., it was a huge part of my life, honestly, it takes away from me embracing myself, and growing.

Remember, each one of us can inspire others in reflecting their-light . So let’s create ripple effects that join other’s ripple effect in acontinuous wave.
