We are excited to close the chapter in 2022, as it has been a rewarding and taxing year for us.

Reflection on the year is healthy, and we should all reflect to understand. Some of my growth came from learning that I can only set goals within the team's capability. I can't be the hero and do everything on my own (I get it, I should have learned this years ago). Who are my "who's" that will help me accomplish my goals and mission?

Goals for 2023, and we need your help!
-10,000 downloads of the podcast
-Start a youtube channel for the podcast
-Start a Mastermind group for homebuilders
-Lean into my coaching business and bring on ten clients (Are you ready to reach the next level? The GOAT of any sport accomplished their greatness from coaches.)
-Improve customer satisfaction
-To be intentional with everything I do.

We will record future podcast episodes and report on our goals. If we want to achieve anything, we need to hold ourselves and each other accountable to a higher minimum standard.
