This week Steve reflects on the Prayer for Travelling from the Carmina Gadelica – a compendium of Gaelic prayers and blessings collected by the exciseman and folklorist Alexander Carmichael.

The reflection concludes with Howard Goodall's famous setting of The Lord is my Shepherd sung by St Bride's Choir.
