This meditation takes us back to a moment in our childhood where we need to reflect and feel. We begin this meditation as children feeling our perhaps timid nature or maybe our very free loving nature. After exploring a place from childhood, we return to our adult self (present self) and re-explore the same place from childhood. The meditation should bring you to a place of reflection. How did this time in your life impact you? What did you need to learn? How do you feel as an adult in the same place? What can you give back to yourself to heal and move forward?
