G'day everyone this podcast is titled Reflection Time... Angus and I sat down to reflect on our epic 65km bike journey and the podcast in general.  Doing this has given us both so much physically, mentally and spiritually... It was time to sit and discuss these things and the tools we used to get there... It was also the first one we have done in front of a fire, something we will definitely be doing again... Enjoy.
