You are listening to the Living Centered Podcast. The world is a noisy place, full of activity and it can be hard to notice God throughout our day. My hope is that through these podcast episodes you will practice a preference for God and become more attentive and responsive to his constant invitation.
“And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever. He is the Spirit of truth. The world is unable to receive him because it doesn’t see him or know him. But you do know him, because he remains with you and will be in you.” John 14:16-17 CSB

ABOUT & CONTACT
Gordon Collier, Spiritual Director
Husband, Father to two grown adults and former corporate professional
What I believe: The supreme standard for faith and practice is the Bible, received as the inspired and inerrant Word of God. As a Reformed Presbyterian I also follow the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Larger and Shorter Catechisms. To simply state it I think the Apostles Creed expresses it best.
I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit
and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended to heaven
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty.
From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic* church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting.
