This week we begin a new series which will reflect on the lives of some of the people from the Bible, people who are just like us.  Our reading is from 1 Corinthians 1:26 to 31 and the hymn is "I will sing the wondrous story".

This week we are reflecting on God's love for us and that we can trust Him.  Our Reflections are being led by Dave Burl and Evelyn Wright and the passages are Psalm 139:1 - 4 and Psalm 145:8,9 as well as Proverbs 3:8,9.  We are also listening to the hymn is "Here is Love, Vast as the Ocean" and the song "Even if" by MercyMe.

This week we are using selected lessons and carols for our Reflections for St Stephen's Day.  The readings have been read by Evelyn Wright, Helen Milne, Walter Lewicki and Ian Osborn.  The carols include:  Good King Wenceslas, The Angel Gabriel, See Amid the Winter Snow, The First Nowell and In the Bleak Midwinter.

This week we are reflecting on the journey of Mary and Joseph to Bethlehem and the birth of Jesus, which we find recorded in Luke 2:1 - 7.  The theme for these Reflections is "The Promises of God".  The passage is read by Helen Milne and our hymn is "Standing on the Promises of Christ my King".

This week we reflect on the conversation between Mary and Elizabeth as well as Mary's song, which we find in Luke 1:39 - 56.  The theme is "Walking Humbly".  The passage is read by Rhonda Falconer and our hymn is "Tell Out My Soul".

This week we reflect on Mary's call to be the mother of Jesus, which we find in Luke 1:26 - 38.  The theme is "Trusting in Uncertainty".  The passage is read by Evelyn Wright and our hymn is "Father, I place into your hands".
