Wu-wei is a Taoist principle that means non-doing. It made a huge difference for me to discover three other translations: not-forcing, not-obstructing, not-interfering. Suddenly I had some action I could take to establish wu-wei, non-doing, in my life. It is a matter of making certain I did NOT force, obstruct or interfere.

It all comes under the concept of unfolding allowing your life to simply unfold. You take action, but you don t force, or obstruct or interfere. See how this is going to work?
