Take a look at your targets for the year. What are you going to do if you're off track? A lousy leader might suggest you re-evaluate your goals. Maybe you were too ambitious.

Never let someone belittle your ambitions.

And never lower your target.

People get worked up about not being able to find their passion. They think that’s the first requirement, a job that you’re passionate about. If you have that, you know it’s a great and rare thing. However, that doesn’t have to be the goal. People are getting confused.

It has very little to do with finding passion and everything to do with bringing your passion.
