This episode takes us on a continued journey through Psalm 32. Here we see how the Psalmist communicates with God and what His response is. Should we be implementing parts of the Psalmist's communication strategy in our own lives? 

The Psalmist tells us here to have courage because we are given strength and have hope in our Father. How does this apply to our lives though? When we are facing a tough situation, if we turn to God for help, is it given to us?  

Is our Father kind to us? Through His care, guidance, and continual deliverance are we receiving kindness? We have hope of spending eternity with Him, are we sharing that love and joy in our city? 

Here we learn that the Psalmist feels forgotten like that of someone who is dead. But does that last forever? Will there be blessings in the end and those feelings of loneliness go away? 

In this episode, the Psalmist tells us he has committed his spirit, but into whose hands, and should we also do the same? Are there benefits to having our life committed to Him?  

This episode takes us through the middle of Psalm 30. Here we see the Psalmist tell us that in the middle of mourning those feelings have been turned around into dancing.  Can we have a similar experience by putting our trust in God? 

Here we learn that feelings and circumstances don't last forever, just a moment and on the other side God has joy. We have Jesus as our rock and therefore will not be moved no matter what comes our way. In times of trouble, we can and should come before Him and He will be with us. 

Our Father is so powerful that He can heal us when we are injured. He paid for all our sins so that we are made free of sin and made alive in Him. He protects and guides us through life, keeping us alive. We have much to be grateful to Him for doing. 

Can God speak to us? How does He do it and are we listening? Psalm 29 sheds light on these questions and paints some beautiful and powerful pictures.
