Paul and the people traveling with him on the ship are now on the shore of an unknown island. What island is this and do the actions of these islanders have anything to teach us? Join me to find out. 

Once the light of day came, it became clear that there was a creek that the ship could possibly sail into and take shelter from the storm. Does that work well or does God have another plan? He may give you ideas and have you pursue them only to change them and take you on a journey you didn't necessarily want, but in the end, will be what is best. How does this all work out for Paul and his fellow travelers? The next two days are New Year's Eve and New Years', so I won't release any new episodes, but please have a delightful couple of days and welcome in the new year with God's plan, not just yours! 

In the last episode, we saw that land was sighted. Join me to see if the boats are launched and a few people make it to shore, or if there is a different plan. Paul reminds the travelers to eat because what lies ahead of them will required strength. How many of us need to appropriately care for ourselves, both physically and spiritually to be able to deal with what lies ahead. Are you making sure that you are fed physically and spiritually so you can go where the Lord leads you? 

We heard about the great hope that we have in our Father and the great ability He has to care for us. Is He going to do the same here with Paul's situation? Are they ever going to get out of the storm? Will you get out of the storm that you face? Join me in this episode to learn about a lie that could cost lives. In our last episode, we saw that the ship was in the middle of a terrible storm. There were no stars to guide them and they didn't know where they were or where they were headed. Sound familiar with anything in your life? God is there. Just like we remember during the Christmas season that He sent His only Son to bring hope and light into the world, does Paul get a light in his situation? Can we truly take hope in the middle of darkness and is God there? The next two days are Christmas Eve and Christmas, so I won't be releasing any new podcasts on those days, but hope you have a delightful Christmas and remember the hope that was brought to our world by our Father sending Jesus to earth.  Also, wow, thanks for journeying with me through the story of Paul for 100 episodes now. :) 

The centurion in the last episode decided that based on what the master and owner of the ship said it was best to leave Fair Haven. So, they are off on another leg of the journey. Let's see how this plays out for Paul and if his prediction comes true. 

The case to decide whether or not Paul is innocent is finally going to be decided and Paul is on his way to Rome. They have not had an easy trip to date, but it seems like they are now in a dangerous time year to travel. Join me to hear how this affects Paul and his traveling. Paul has been in Caesarea for two years and repeated his testimony, defended himself, and talked to many Roman dignitaries. But now all of that has come to a screeching halt. Where does he go now and what was decided by the council gathered with king Agrippa to hear Paul's story? 

Festus in our last episode abruptly stops Paul and says he must be mad. Paul calmly responds saying, no, I'm not mad, king Agrippa knows I'm right because it was his grandfather who entertained the Wisemen searching for Jesus. How does Paul continue this discussion? With his regular boldness and fervor? How is this rewarded and will justice come or is it a distant dream for Paul? 

The past several episodes have been walking us through Paul's testimony and his sharing this with king Agrippa and Festus. Here we will learn how Christmas - the birth of Jesus and the Wisemen play a part in giving Paul's story credibility. God plans way ahead! Trust His planning skills for your life.
