Paul was told in a dream to fear not and to continue to speak boldly because God is not going to let anyone harm him and God has a mission for Paul in this city. God has a mission for you too! Let's see how long God keeps Paul in Corinth and what the outcome is. God always brings His plan to pass, so maybe your waiting has a purpose for those around you or even benefit for you that you'll see in the long run. 

Paul at runs into a similar situation to what we have seen in other cities, but will it turn out the same this time? Does God know our fears and can He address them? Can we trust that He knows right where we are and is with us? 

We see that Paul is now in Corinth, but he's going about sharing the gospel in a very different manner. Can you learn from what he did and implement it in your life? We saw Paul last continuing to talk to the people of Athens about God, but their response was very divided. So, Paul walks away - leaves. Does that have good or bad implications? Later in the episode we learn a bit about Corinth. Are you fast as a Corinthian? 

Paul continues to describe the characteristics of God and how He gave His only Son to die on the cross so that you could be sin free and have a relationship with Him. How do the people respond to this message? 

We saw in the last episode that the people of Athens are very superstitious. How many of us are the same way? Paul takes that fear and directly tells us of the awesome power and kindness of our God. He also shows us that God is right with each and everyone of us all the time. Do you talk to God when you are struggling and can you feel His presence in your life?  

We left Paul being taken to Areopagus, a place of great administrative importance in Athens to discuss the teachings in the Bible. These people are only interested because it is a new idea. But Paul through seeing how they live has an idea to communicate effectively directly to them so they can best understand the message. Can you do the same in your communities? 

Paul never misses an opportunity that God presents to him. Here is turns into a discussion with people who may not be welcoming. See how that turns out. Can you follow God's plan for you and boldly face something that you may not have done otherwise? 

We saw in the last episode that Paul and Silas were followed to Berea by the envious people in Thessalonica. Seems like they are constantly required to leave cities. But does that work for good? Maybe your roadblocks are also for a good purpose!
