People growing up now are entering a world of uncertainty, inequality, financial instability and complex moral issues. They are put in front of the world every single instant, and get lambasted by the older generations for how introverted, whiny and sensitive they are.
This all reflects on their relationship with love and the others. More and more are feeling disconnected, lonely, desperate. Young men try to morph into what they believe will be liked, or lash out violently. Young women float between fighting abuse and taking charge of their own sexuality.
All in all, there seems to be a problem with how we see and experience love. The greatest energy in the world is hidden behind the masks we put on, and put fears.
Why? It has something to do with self esteem...
