The modifiers in Destiny 2 have gotten worse over time. Bungie removed some of the worst ones, but in the latest Harbinger mission we don't get a single positive modifier. Destiny 1 got this part right and Destiny 2 Beyond Light and Season of the Hunt continues to fumble it.
