Are you waiting for clarity before you take the next step? Many Christian women find themselves overthinking decisions, waiting for complete certainty before they move. But what if what looks like wisdom is actually fear disguised as faith?
In this episode of Reframe Her Worth, we explore why clarity often follows obedience, not the other way around. Through powerful biblical examples, discover how God frequently reveals the next step only after we choose to trust Him. If you've been feeling stuck, afraid of making the wrong decision, or waiting for every answer before moving forward, this conversation will encourage you to exchange overthinking for faith-filled obedience, trust God's leading, and grow in confidence rooted in your identity in Christ.
Why waiting for complete clarity can sometimes be fear disguised as wisdom.
How obedience often becomes the pathway to greater clarity and confidence.
What Abraham, Moses, and other biblical examples teach us about trusting God's instruction.
Why faith is built one obedient step at a time, not by having the whole plan.
Have I been waiting for clarity when God has already given me instruction?
What fear might be hiding beneath my desire for certainty?
What is one small step of obedience I can take this week, even without knowing the full plan?

What if learning to graciously receive a "thank you" was actually an act of worship? In this episode, we dive into the internal tug-of-war so many Christian women face: the desire for recognition versus the deep fear that accepting appreciation makes us proud. If you have ever downplayed a compliment, deflected a kind word, or hidden behind false humility because you didn't want to take God's glory for yourself, this conversation is for you. Discover how to break free from perfectionism and the pressure of public validation, quiet your inner critic, step into your confident self, and protect your inner peace by letting His light shine through you.
Navigating the honest tension between craving authentic appreciation and fearing that it stems from a place of pride.
Why receiving gratitude gracefully isn’t prideful — it is actually a beautiful reflection of gratitude in action.
Understanding how your upbringing, perfectionism, or false humility might be shaping your current discomfort with praise.
Learning how to see compliments as direct opportunities to glorify God instead of downplaying your own hard work.
How do I usually respond when someone sincerely appreciates me or praises my efforts?
Do I secretly crave external recognition, or do I completely deflect it out of fear and false humility?
How can I begin to receive appreciation as an act of worship, recognizing that it is God’s light shining through me?
This week’s invitation: When someone says “Well done,” pause before you deflect. Breathe. Smile. Say “Thank you,” and in your heart, whisper, “To God be the glory.”
Matthew 5:16, Romans 12:3, Proverbs 29:5

Sometimes, our biggest battles are the ones nobody sees. You're trying to stay consistent, faithful, strong, but inside you're just trying to hold it together. In this episode, we're talking about silent struggles, that kind that doesn't show on your face, but sit heavy in your soul. And we'll walk through what can help you to keep showing up with confidence and grace. Hey sis, welcome to Reframe Her Worth. Tired of fear, inconsistencies and striving? Craving peace and confidence, you're in the right place. I'm Tane, wife, mom and founder of this space. I went from doubting to walking a journey of clarity with faith, mindset shifts and identity grounding. Ready to use your God-giving gifts with intention and freedom? Hold on tight, let's ride! Aces, quick hacks. Could you spare 30 seconds? Write me a review on Apple Podcasts, share with a sister, and come over to the Facebook community, The Confident and Peace-Filled Christian Woman. The link to join is in the show notes. You see, silent struggles and the big, dramatic moments. They are the quiet battles that live inside. When you want to be consistent but feel off rhythm, when you're trying to lead yourself or feel unsure, when life looks together on the outside but chaotic underneath, it starts where you are, sis. If so, take a deep breath. This episode is a gentle reminder that you don't need to be perfect to be faithful. You just need to keep showing up even if it's quietly. There was this moment after a long nine shifts, busy one. I was literally exhausted. I had things that I wanted to do, my usual rhythm that helps me reset and ground myself but I couldn't even bring myself to have a shower. My husband told me it's okay to rest. But inside, I wanted to show up for myself, not because anyone would know, but because I would. Eventually, I got up and did my usual rhythm. Not because it was easy, but when I did it, I felt lighter. And that moment reminded me that quiet victories do matter, even the ones nobody claps for. And that takes me to Joseph. You know, when he was tempted by Potiphar's wife, it wasn't a question of whether anybody would find out. She had already mapped out everything. No one would know. He was all alone. But he didn't. Why? Because he remembered who he was. And who he belonged to. And he said, how can I do this thing and sin against my God? It was the same with the sons of Rechab. When they were offered wine. They didn't start debating if it was right or wrong. They simply said our father instructed us not to. Their decision was born out of their knowledge of who they were, their identity, and not impulse. So, how do we move through silent struggles? Here are three truths that I've learned to work with. One, make a decision ahead of time. Like Daniel did. Don't wait to feel strong. Don't wait for that moment to arrive. Daniel proposed in his heart before the pressure came. Because you matter to yourself. so decide to show up. Have an agreement with yourself about who you are and let that guide your choices even when it's hard. Two, lean into God's grace. On the days I don't feel like it, I bring it to him, messy, tired and somehow he meets me there with strength I didn't even know I had. Three, take your next faithful step, like Daniel did. You know, when there was the situation with the food, he didn't have a perfect plan. He simply said, test us for 10 days. Sometimes obedience looks small and ordinary, but it's the step that leads to lasting transformation. Perfection is not required for progress. You are allowed to feel tired, confused or off and still keep moving forward. So this week I want you to sit with these questions. 1. What silent struggles am I facing right now? 2. What small act can I do today? not to impress but to honor my becoming. Three, how can I show up with grace, not guilt? You don't need a perfect plan to move forward. You just need to take the next step. God sees what no one does and your quiet obedience is never wasted. So keep showing up sis because heaven celebrates even the silent victories i'm time reminding you to keep walking keep believing and keep becoming because god he definitely sees those steps you're taking until i come your way next monday. Thank you. Your time with me sis if this has blessed you i'd really love for you to share it with a friend or two and leave a written review on apple podcast or spotify so more women find this space want to join the journey the link to my email list is in the show notes no spam just heartfelt notes from me to you until our next ride next week stay rooted in truth and wrapped in peace, Thank you.
Have you ever hit a setback so hard you wanted to quit everything — potty training, projects, the whole journey? In this raw, relatable episode, I share the potty-training chaos that tested my limits — accidents everywhere, frustration piling up, and the gentle nudge to pause, not quit. What starts as a mum-life mess becomes a powerful reframe on how we view detours, delays, and stuck spots in life. If you’re currently pushing through frustration, feeling completely drained, or stuck in an endless loop, this conversation is an invitation to protect your inner peace, step into your confident self, and learn how to treat strategic pauses as holy preparation rather than a sign of failure.
Realizing that a pause does not mean you are stopping; it simply shifts your question from "I'm completely done" to "What am I missing?"
Learning from the story of David and the Ark about how one intentional pause can save lives, restore reverence, and prepare you for ultimate success.
Recognizing the subtle signs that God is whispering for a realignment, including physical exhaustion, mental fog, and fading joy.
Practical actions to take during a pause, such as reassessing your situation kindly, journaling truths, and leaning into God for fresh perspective.
Where am I stubbornly pushing past my limits when I actually need to pause, step back, and reassess?
On the flip side, where have I stayed paused for too long out of fear, and know it is finally time to restart?
What critical lesson or character shift might God be trying to show me through this current detour or delay?
This week’s invitation: Treat your pause as preparation, not failure. Pause with purpose so God can restore your clarity and direction.

Are you focused on finding the right friends, but rarely pause to consider the kind of friend you're becoming? In this episode of Reframe Her Worth, we're shifting the focus inward. True friendship isn't just about who surrounds you—it's also about the woman you bring into those relationships. The healthiest, most faith-filled friendships are often built by women who are secure in their identity in Christ, growing in confidence, and committed to becoming whole. Using the powerful friendship between Mary and Elizabeth, we'll explore how authentic connections can protect your inner peace, nurture purpose, and create the kind of support that helps you step into your most confident self.
Understanding why the people you choose to surround yourself with directly predict where your life is headed.
Deeply exploring the story of Mary and Elizabeth to learn how to celebrate other women's major wins without a hint of envy.
Developing practical discernment to understand exactly who belongs where in the different circles of your life.
Why combining personal authenticity and emotional wholeness creates the foundation for healthy friendships that actually last.
Am I intentionally surrounding myself with people who actively build up my daily faith and inner peace?
How secure am I truly in my own identity and worth when I am spending time around others?
Do I wholeheartedly celebrate my friends’ wins and blessings just as freely as I would celebrate my own?

Sis, you were never meant to do life alone. The first time God said something wasn’t good was when He saw man all alone — because friendship is part of His divine design. In this episode, we’ll explore what godly friendships look like, how to find the right people, and how to cultivate relationships that bring peace, purpose, and joy. Come with me on my journey — from the loneliness I once accepted as my lot to the surprising freedom I found when I chose to pursue friendship the way God intended. Let’s walk from that quiet place of doubt into a living scene of community, helping you protect your inner peace and step into your most confident self alongside the right tribe.
Understanding why friendship is entirely God’s idea, and what truly makes a connection "good" and biblical.
Realizing the crucial difference between simply having random people around you versus having the right people standing beside you.
How to actively identify suitable, value-aligned friends who share your core faith and vision for life.
Six practical, intentional steps to build deep, life-giving connections rather than waiting for them to just happen.
Why specific prayer, absolute clarity, and a small step of courage are the ultimate keys to establishing lasting friendships.
Who are my current closest friends — are they actively lifting my faith up, or are they consistently draining my spirit?
Where can I intentionally place myself this week that naturally aligns with my personal values and Christian faith?
What is one small step I can take today to build an intentional connection — whether it's a message, a call, or jumping into a community?
This week’s invitation: The right friends don’t just happen — you build them intentionally, and God breathes life on them.

Hey sis 💛 — in a filtered world, it’s so easy to slip into performance. But one place where you never need to perform is in prayer. God doesn’t want the polished version of you. He wants you. In this episode, we’ll talk about how authentic, honest conversations with God can deepen your inner peace, strengthen your confidence, and realign you with His purpose. I share my personal struggle with a “prayer voice” — and how God gently confronted it — along with a raw moment this week when I had to admit, “Lord, I don’t feel grateful right now.” If you are tired of performing, this conversation will give you the freedom to bring your raw, unfiltered heart to the Father and grow into your most confident self.
Realizing that God isn't looking for polished words or perfect performances — He simply wants your honest heart.
Overcoming the trap of the "prayer voice" and learning how to drop the religious mask when talking to the Father.
Looking at David and Job’s raw prayers to see why true, biblical honesty matters infinitely more to God than flawless polish.
Practical, day-to-day ways to create authentic time with God that feels completely real, grounded, and non-performative.
Have I secretly been performing in my prayer life, or am I truly showing up before God as my real, unfiltered self?
Where or in what areas of my hectic life do I need to intentionally carve out authentic space to meet with God?
What is the one deeply honest, messy, or heavy thing I truly need to bring before Him without fear this week?
This week’s invitation: God isn’t afraid of your struggle. Stop trying to find the perfect words and just talk to Him as you are.
