What would it look like if you could be paid to be yourself?
Do you even know what to do in order to make this a reality?
You might be someone who thinks that being paid to be yourself requires quitting your job and building a business around your brand.
While this is one option it's not the only one available to you, especially if you're not willing or in a position to leave your current job.
Getting paid to be yourself requires a reframe.
It requires that you have a completely different orientation on how you think about and show up in work.
In this episode you'll learn:
By putting the four ways I share in this episode into practice you can not only start getting paid to be you right where you are now but you'll start to see and create more possibilities of this elsewhere.

Why do you want that job? Why do you want that title? Why do you want that house?
Do you really know?
It's not what you might think on the surface.
It's not to get the status or climb to the new mountain height.
What you're really after is the feeling you believe you'll get once you attain your goal.
You're after the sense of joy, freedom, power or rightness that you believe will be yours once you check that goal off as achieved.
But this is the long way around the mountain.
What if you could just cut to the chase and learn how to be more connected to what you're really looking for from the beginning?
What if you knew how to lead with your ultimate goal of what you want to experience and how you want to feel?
In today's episode, my guest Sawida Kamara gives us a front-row seat to what it looks like when someone has mastered how to do and live from this place out loud!
By the end, you'll learn a whole new way of working that gets you to the root of what you really want.
About my guest: Sawida Kamara is a skillful capacity builder and changemaker who is passionate about supporting people and organizations in rethinking their status quo, and making generative changes that advance actualization and equity at the individual and collective level. Her work leverages experience and expertise in nonprofit organizational development, systems redesign and change, and adaptive project leadership and management.

How would you answer the question "What's your superpower?"
Would you say that it's your smarts or extreme strength?
Do you wish it was something like being able to fly or walk through walls?
Unfortunately, these are only surface-level understandings of what your superpower is and they don't get down to the real root of it.
In this episode you'll learn:
Making the effort to discover your superpower is one of the most important and self-aware things you can do as a professional.
Let's do it!
