What happens when your inner critic gets too loud? 

To me, the inner critic usually says, “You’re not good enough!” or “You’re not disciplined enough to be a real writer.” 

In this episode, adapted from my 90-Day Writing Accelerator, I’ll guide you through a simple mindset shift to silence the self-doubt and move forward with confidence.

Here’s the approach we’ll explore together:

  1. Listen to what your inner critic is saying and know it’s not true. 
  2. You have a choice. Consider what changes you can make in your writing habit, process, or project. What can you learn from this moment?

Whenever I believe the inner critic, I get stuck. But every moment of “failure” is a chance to examine my process and grow.
