April now with the 3rd year of home owner ship. spring cleaning. all the mess garnered from the first and second year piled up to the 3rd year now you have to clean it up as its cluttered.

sadly it won't be finished in one day but I guess why its called spring cleaning as we have the whole spring to clean it.

Before you want to go into investing crypto currencies and all these things using your normal banking online platform and mastering that is a start as it can do a lot of things it does not make sense to make a lot of money with no where to store it and then the are making coinvent ways to track as well so master and you'll be that much more money smarter and one step closer to the money mogul like for example a Warren buffet haha

Something that becomes very important once you get the credit card is the date as you want to know when is the last time you have to payback the credit card so the interest doesn't kick in. so once you get one you suddenly should become a date expert haha

Next step to getting the car is to learn about what a Good car is. you have your boyish dream about what a good car is but going to the refresher driving lesson taught me about the responsibilities of owning a car in general so with that knowledge I know understand that just getting the money to buy the car then getting it is not the only thing but knowing why its the best car to use at that time is also important so now when I car shop its actually more productive now as I am employed and have more knowledge due to the refresher driving lessons.
