This week we're encouraging those who have been discouraged for a while. They have been weeping silently but showing up with a smile. Let's get to the root of our hope and how God can turn our mourning into joyful dancing!

Do you constantly deal with negative inner dialogue that you are not enough, you will fail or you’re not worthy? Shame is a place where we no longer see ourselves through God’s eyes but through the eyes of what we’ve done or didn’t do.
In this episode, Rachel has come to help us break shame off of us by reminding us that we MUST affirm ourselves from the time we wake up to the time we go to bed!

I will never forget the first time I experienced an anxiety attack when my husband was away in Iraq and I had my 3-year-old daughter and 6-month-old son.
When I look back at this dark time, I realize that I was never honest with MYSELF about the worries I felt pulled by. How can we be honest with God about the details of our life if we’re not willing to be honest with ourselves?
My beautiful sister, it's time to be honest with self. Just because this is where you are doesn’t mean you have to stay in this anxious place! I can honestly say today, I have MORE on my plate but have not experienced an anxiety attack since then!
Let’s hit the REFRESH button in our lives by diving into God’s Word and receive His medicine for anxiety!
