This is part 3 of a 5-part mini series about my personal leadership philosophies and traits.  On this episode I met up with MSgt Victoria Gainey (Comm Sq) and we talked about what accountability means and the challenges in keeping others AND ourselves in check.  She also shares some of her leadership values.

This is part 1 of a 5-part mini series about my personal leadership philosophies and traits.  I was lucky enough to hang out and chat with some SNCOs and NCOs from around Fairchild I feel emulate these different traits.  We start with SMSgt Adam Watson and humor.

Listen in as we talk to SMSgt Brandon Geeslin, MSgt Scott Douglas, and MSgt John Tisue as we go over how the inaugural Airpower Leadership Academy (ALA) class went.  ALA is designed to be the "anti PME" as far as setting goes.  It's a chance for NCOs from around the base to get together and talk about things and just get to know each other.  

Listen in as we get to know Air Mobility Command, Command First Sergeant, Chief Kiera Daniels.  An aerospace ground equipment troop by trade, she also had a few other tricks up her sleeve, as well as traveled to many different bases around the world.

Listen in as we recap the year with Col Bentley and Chief Guzman.  Team Fairchild accomplished a lot and we were able to show off to a lot of Distinguished Visitors.  Our Command Team knows there is still more work to do before they hand over Command this summer.  They're here to share some short and long term goals as well.  There may even be something about morale patches...listen in and find out.
