There is a time and place for isolation, but you limit yourself if you stay there. We were not meant to live in isolation but to live and interact with others in meaningful relationships.Isolation often is a default that occurs in our life because of shame and pride and we fail to reach out for help. The fact is we need each other and will never reach our full potential in a place of isolation.
