The three Sundays approaching and on Easter we will be looking at the story of salvation through the eyes of Jesus. Traditionally this is called via dolorosa, which means "the way of suffering." In the scripture it says that Jesus was "a man of sorrow, and familiar with suffering." The purpose for his suffering, it says, was to actually "carry our suffering." This is what Christians celebrate. This is the story of Easter.
