In an Independence Day edition of Mouse Minutes we offer grades for the Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Crafts Drafts & Barbecue, at EPCOT in Walt Disney World. Located smack-dab in the middle of World Showcase, Regal Eagle opened in winter of 2020 in the The American Adventure pavilion. The opening brought a lot of fanfare with tasty looking dishes, but does it make the grade?
