  • The Global Central Bank Dilemma, Part 1
Central banks around the world have painted themselves into a corner as of late, as their executions of injecting trillions of dollars into the financial markets conflicts with their desire to avoid massive asset appreciation. Rather than take the blame for this predicament, the financial central planners have characteristically evolved into creating rhetoric and spin, rather than dealing up front with the long-term consequences.

The outstanding policies of 2020 can no more be warranted. Provided today's super-low short-term rate of interest and helpful monetary policies, it is hard to see why huge property purchases, or, nosebleed financial market ratios ought to proceed, either. When the realities change, reserve banks need to change their minds. That time is now.

Federal Reserve authorities who favour tapering their bond acquiring program have cited increasing house rates as one factor to do so. Specifically, they are looking hard at acquisitions of mortgage-backed safeties, which some concern are feeding housing demand in an already warm market. Some central banks have even resorted to direct stock purchases, to maintain the decades long 'wealth effect'.

Reserve banks might try to find choices to increasing interest rates, such as altering loan-to-value limitations and also weighting home mortgage threats, as several economic situations are still working to slow down viruses and also funding development.

    The day of reckoning awaits.

  • Never Say Never - Wall Street Cryptocurrency Reversals, Part 1
Never Say Never – Wall Street Cryptocurrency Reversal -
This podcast will begin to cover a sampling of over a dozen of the biggest names in finance, who have gone from total skeptics, or, total condemnation, into totally committed, and significantly invested, to the cryptocurrency spaces.  This should put any remaining skepticism by lesser known players completely to rest.
Until lately, cryptocurrencies appeared to be far from the type of institutionally sound investments, that would certainly be attractive to CFOs looking to branch out a company portfolio. Once seen as gimmicks for unsophisticated retail investors, a lot of whom bought cryptocurrencies, based upon odd internet classifications, ridiculous youngsters's songs, or perhaps remarkable hip-hop musicians, few would certainly expect the notoriously volatile electronic currencies to trace a path right into business treasuries. The jokes are now over, or possibly, are just starting to grow old. As execs have stashed corporate cash right into digital money, these new novelty properties are currently a growing choice, to contribute to company ledgers. With this development right into this under-discovered area, nonetheless, comes extra risks, from both personal litigation, as well as analysis from authorities. Similarly, as with any kind of unique property, CFOs should balance their need to invest creatively, with the worries of wary investors. On these fronts, cryptocurrencies project risks for those charged with charting their businesses, and, navigating through contemporary legal, as well as regulatory shoals.
Cryptocurrencies stand for an interesting case for CFOs that wish to save corporate funds in an asset class that supplies one-of-a-kind advantages, in addition to the opportunities that originate from making a vibrant financial investment. Regardless of these potential benefits, the cryptocurrency market is swarming with uncertainty. Countless pitfalls, in the form of lawsuits and regulatory scrutiny, indicate that companies need to be well-versed in the specifics of a digital investment, and, must also prepare to react promptly, to the legal repercussions.

We'll examine how the recent plans and actions of Blackrock, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, Goldman Sachs, and, Europe's ING so vividly contrast with their very cautious positions of the past few years.

  • Cryptocurrency - The Seventh Layer©

The Seventh Layer is my characterization of the current state of evolution as seen during my career in business and information technology tracing back to my first experience, that of marketing to, and, servicing the needs of Fortune 500 executives who lacked proper efficient and profitable information management support.

This was in the early 1980's.

I refer to this period as the first layer.

Of course, there were many previous evolutions that occurred long before that point. I am not dismissing the significant contributions and commitments that allowed that infrastructure

to exist. It's with that as a foundation that I view the current evolution of cryptocurrencies, as a technological evolutionary layer, rather than as a stand-alone entity.

Connecting the bridge between technology and business is where the understanding begins in the world of cryptocurrencies.

Also, see us in full video form on YouTube's Reggie and Royal channel.
