Depression causes the persistent feeling of sadness and/or loss of interest in activities which were enjoyable before, and causes significant disability in functioning in daily life.  This feeling may become very overpowering at times. You might feel so exhausted and overwhelmed😥Not even resting or sleeping may help you fix this feeling. Every person wants to heal, to feel better. So to say they ‘battle’ depression rather than saying that they ‘suffer’ from depression helps them deal and cope with it better, and will motivate them to always fight back. Depression engulfs all your thoughts. The world seems like a dark place, with no hope, no light. Other things which seemed interesting once now seem dull and hopeless.  Please let's not forget to pray one for another in these difficult times.
