But for me, I lived a life full of regret and I treated my mistakes like a deep ocean where I just drowned myself. 

However, as I learned from the perspective and experience of others, I managed to shift how I look at mistakes and regret. 

Instead of it being a deep ocean to drown myself, it's now a series of waves that teaches me how to be more resilient and adaptive after each wave that hit.
