I don't have any regrets, and I wouldn't give my younger self any advice.

I know, people will call me a liar and pretend just because they would that everyone does.

Nope.

And that's not because I've enjoyed everything about my life. Not even close. But without the horrible times, I wouldn't have the great memories either. I wouldn't be who I am today. I wouldn't know the lessons I've learned. I wouldn't be as strong mentally, physically, or spiritually without all the ups and downs.

No excuses!
