The idea of discipline is bandied around in our world of martial arts. Discipline is spoken of more often than the trite saying, “A Black Belt is a White Belt that never quit.” (I detest that saying – but that is for a later date). I am here to replace the idea of discipline with regulation. When I get done the idea will make more sense to you. I will tell you now you will use the word regulation in your own training more than discipline. This trade out will make you a better Martial Artist. In the We’re All In This together section the Challenge wall comes to prominence once again. An odd challenge discovered in the post-training minutes.
Here is a podcast from last year on getting progressively better: https://kriswilder.com/progressively-better/ (It’s just three minutes long)
