Dr. Matt Gauthier from UIC-Chicago joins us on Episode 21 of the REST podcast to discuss throwing athlete rehab. In this discussion, we cover a more comprehensive review of rehabbing the entire kinetic chain in throwers. This episode is a must listen for anyone interested in throwing athlete rehab.
