In Luke 22, we read that Jesus asked God not to send Him to the cross. And yet, he was accepted what He needed to do. He didn't deny who He was or try to weasel out of it, and in doing so, He covered the sins of everyone who believes in Him. What great news! Let's follow Jesus's example today and rise up and be responsible and accountable to who we are created to be.
