About Joe Meares:
Joe Meares, the co-founder of KAYJAY Consulting, is a Real Estate entrepreneur with hands-on experience as an investor, capital raiser, and coach. Beginning with baseball cards at age 6, Joe has been a lifetime investor, using his high school job at a hardware store to fund his first brokerage account at age 14. After almost a decade of working on Wall Street, Joe began investing in real estate in 2018 when he realized that he wanted to achieve financial and personal freedom. Through the rethinking of his core goals, Joe worked intensively under the mentorship of KAYJAY co-founder KAYR; Joe went from zero to 60 units in under two years while investing in multiple cities. Joe is extremely interested in self-development and helping others reach their full potential through looking within themselves to find their innate worth and gifts. Joe is licensed in real estate sales and a member of the Homeowners Association of Philadelphia (HAPCO). He has built a team of professionals to assist across the initial identification, acquisition, and ongoing management of target properties. Nate Ohlrich is the Founder of Red Elm Capital LLC. He is an active real estate investor in multiple deals in various asset classes in the Midwest. His experience spans from B/C Class Multifamily value-add investing to triple net retail investment properties, as well as single-family homes and hospitality syndications.
Nate adds value to each transaction as a prior business owner, having experience as an owner/landlord and a tenant/lessee.

About Marques Ogden:
Marques Ogden was drafted into the NFL as an offensive lineman in 2003. However, after five years of playing in the league, he decided to retire and pursue a career in construction and contracting. At the age of 27, Marques founded a construction company called Kayden Premier Enterprises. The company had fast growth in 2010, but eventually, his business went bankrupt, losing almost 2 million dollars on one project in a matter of 90 days.
During his darkest hours, he pulled himself together, got a part-time job as a custodian, and with hard work and determination, became an inspirational keynote speaker, executive coach, best-selling author, and marketing leader, helping to build the success of others.

About Alex Breshears:
Alex Breshears is a private money lender, Regulation A fund Investor Relations manager, multifamily underwriter, educator, limited partner in multifamily syndications, and community builder who partners with active and passive real estate investors, syndicators, and military spouses to grow their financial independence, knowledge, and professional network. Alex started a private lending company, Infinite Road Investments, in April of 2020, funding 1st lien and 2nd lien positions for residential property in the Hampton Roads, Virginia area. About Anthony Pinto:
Anthony Pinto is the Chief Operations Officer for Mission First Capital and the founder of Pinto Capital Investments. Mission First Capital was made for veterans by veterans.
