He is growing his rental portfolio with Sam and they have their foot on the gas! Lucas has an unrivaled mindset and discipline which has allowed him to manage over 75 rehabs a year. Just being around him as he discusses real estate and helps other navigate, is a site to behold! Together with their Partner, Bryan Schroeder, they have acquired over 250+ rentals and run one of the Largest Real Estate Investing companies in St. Louis
