In this episode we are revisiting the past, so that we can walk confidently into our futures. We are not only pointing the finger outward towards everyone else, but we are also taking responsibility for our actions as well. This is about us taking accountability over our lives, and living life with our own terms. We have to be free to live and let live...this is about setting your spirit free from the burdens of the past!

We are diving into our likes and dislikes in this episode. Everything from our favorite day of the, to bitch ass niggas. Even the fuck shit we as women allow them to do. Don’t cry over spilled milk you gotta clean it before it spoil. Knowing thy self inside and out is a lot of work, but a worthy journey never the less.
