This healing session was created to help the collective navigate through all the energies shift we may be going through.  Mercury Retrograde/Lunar Eclipse/Full moon energies have stirred up alot of suppressed emotions and most are finding it challenging to go through.  As we continue to rise into Higher consciousness most of our 3D experiences and emotions connected to them are needing to be released.  We may  find that we are experiencing very confusing and difficult dreams that are bringing up fear based energy as well as in our conscious state.  Allow your self to continue to shift into higher consciousness by healing and releasing all that is surfacing and no longer serves you.  We are going through a Death and Re-birth of self, releasing an old version of ourselves to connect with our true authentic version.
