Twelve months later, the leader is delighted between 50% and 95% of coached leaders say they're satisfied with the experience.Ask the people who work for that leader whether anything actually changed, and the number collapses to 18%.Both numbers are real.

That gap is the subject of this episode.Will Linssen spent two decades in chemicals, plastics and pharmaceuticals as a country manager and company CEO and quietly coached leaders on the side for ten of them. Eventually the side job won. He became one of the first master certified coaches in Marshall Goldsmith's practice, helped carry stakeholder-centered coaching around the world, and then built his own firm: Global Coach Group.
